Notice of 2018 Annual General Meeting & Special Resolution Notice
The Women in Business Wagga Executive Committee extends a warm invitation to members to attend the Women in Business Wagga 2018 Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday, 29 August 2018 commencing at 6pm.
The AGM will be held at Romano's Hotel, 81 Fitzmaurice Street Wagga Wagga, upstairs in the Ambassador Room. You are welcome to stay on afterwards to network, and grab a drink at the Hampden Bar.
All members are welcome to attend.
No RSVP is required & there is no cost to attend, however, drinks will be charged on a consumption basis.

* The number of committee member positions available will be determined by the outcome of the special resolution.

Special Resolution Notice
The following special resolution will be put to Women in Business Wagga Wagga Incorporated Members at the Annual General Meeting on 29 August 2018, following a minimum 21 day period of notice to members and where copies of the current NSW Model Constitution (adopted by Women in Business Wagga Wagga Incorporated) and proposed Special Resolution have been made available to members upon request and on Women in Business Wagga Wagga Incorporated website (https://www.womeninbusinesswagga.org.au/).

Special Resolution
To amend the Constitution of the Women in Business Wagga Wagga Incorporated to delete the existing Clause 14 (2) and replace it with the following Clause 14 (2):
47.4 The total number of committee members is to be 9.
